How the trips come together
Every trip here was planned in NODAtrail: from the first draft through the bookings to settling up afterwards. A few examples.

A plan with variants
Each line of the plan carries its cost, in total, per person or per night. Variants sit side by side until one is chosen; optional items are priced but join the plan only when chosen.

Bookings that know how they were paid
A booking is linked to its payment in the finances, foreign amount included. Nothing is booked twice, and the cost sheet shows who owes whom.

Photo spots as places
Places holds countries, cities, accommodation, sights and photo spots. A spot shows its pictures, notes and the trips that went there.

A trip document to take along
Print turns the plan into a PDF: the trip document with pictures, the booking sheet for the travel agency and the cost sheet.
